Running – Sunday Mornings
Join the Binghamton Area Runners Club each week for a challenging workout. Lots of different paces and routes. Check their Facebook page each week for the location and start time.
Run/Bike/Run: Wednesday Nights 6:00pm
The RBR worksout is designed to help you gain fitness and experience in two of the three triathlon disciplines. It is a duathlon format with two run segments and one bike segment. The workout location alternates between sites each week.
–> Chenango Forks Route - (April 10, 24 May 8, 22)
Meet at CF Bus Garage Parking Lot on Kattelville Rd. The course starts with a 1.05 mile run within the CFCS Campus followed by the bike section that follows River Road around the mountain and back on Kattelville Rd. of 1 or 2 laps and then finishing with the last run section. Total Distance: Run= 2.1 miles – Bike 7.5 or 15 miles

–> Endicott Route – (April 17, May 1, 15, 29)
Meet at 17C Sports Complex. Turn off West Main St on Latourette Drive approximately 500′ past En-Joie Golf Course. The course starts with a 1.3 mile run through the neighborhood followed by a bike section of 4.4 miles finishing up with another run section. There is also an alternate Bike Route (up Bornt Hill Rd to the end and back on Day Hollow Road) which includes a more challenging hill climb.

Open Water Swimming – Dorchester Park
Pool Swimming – Whitney Point High School
Adult Lap swimming is available for club members every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 am until 7:30 am at the Whitney Point School all year long. You must be a member of the Broome County Triathlon Club and contribute to the cost of our Lifeguard which is approximately $1.00 per swim session.
